Born in 1979, in the city of Monterrey México, Karina Cavazos expresses emotions through the complex field of abstract art, and who masters the visual arts, as well as shapes, colors and contrasts through mixed media techniques, predominately acrylic paint. Her academic training arises from University studies in Graphic Design at the CEDIM (Centro de Estudios de Diseño de Monterrey), as well as her own research in the utilization of visual arts techniques in countries of the old continent, such as the Netherlands, Spain and France, being this the phase in her life in which the specific interest for abstract art emerged, through which she depicts a series of emotions through the combination of colors, shapes and textures to typify an abstract version of reality, ideas and feelings.
